Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not a contract for any LeadLab service. That would be a separate agreement, signed by both of us.

Last updated: 28 August 2026.

What this site is

leadlabinc.com is an informational website describing LeadLab and how to get in touch with us. Using it does not create a client relationship, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

Descriptions are not commitments

The site describes LeadLab's products and services in general terms. Those descriptions are not commitments to deliver any particular feature, capability or result on any particular date, and the product changes as it develops. Nothing on this site forms part of any agreement between us. If a specific capability matters to your decision, ask us directly and we will confirm exactly where it stands before you sign anything.

Requesting a demo

When you submit the form you are asking us to get in touch. Please give us accurate information, since we use it to decide whether we can help. Wrong details mostly waste your own time. We may decline to respond to a request, and we may decline to work with anyone, at our discretion.

Do not use the form to send us confidential information. Until there is a signed agreement between us, treat anything you send as unprotected.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, submit automated or bulk requests through the form, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. We rate-limit form submissions and block abusive traffic.

Our content

The text, design, code, wordmark and name on this site belong to LeadLab. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Where we name other companies (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo or Apollo), those names belong to their respective owners, we use them only to describe how LeadLab relates to them, and no partnership, endorsement or affiliation is implied or exists.

The sample opportunity

The example opportunity shown on the homepage is an illustration of the product's output format. The company, the people, the dates and the figures in it are constructed for that illustration, and no real organisation is depicted. It is not a representation of any particular client outcome, and results vary by market, campaign and the quality of the underlying public record.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LeadLab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Links out

We link to external sources deliberately, because showing our sources is the point. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

Privacy

How we handle information you give us is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.
